Sandy Adventure
Iowa Andy, waiting out the storm in NYC, rents a VW Passat so (1) he can get around and (2) so he can charge his cell phone. Cannot find place to charge phone (no cigarette lighter or DC power outlet?), so he looks for the fuse panel. Cannot find fuse panel either, so he looks in the owner's manual.
