Turbo Rocket Fluid

Oldsmobile Jetfire Turbo Rocket V-8 Commercial (1962)

Wow! Turbo Rocket Fluid! That must be what makes it go so fast. Must be rocket fuel! I gotta get me one!

The Turbo Rocket Fluid is contained in the small greenish colored tank on the right side of the image.
A little digging reveals this mysterious rocket fuel was probably a 50/50 mixture of water and alcohol, with a couple of drops of oil added to keep things from rusting. Water would work fine by itself, except for it's unfortunate tendency to freeze when it gets cold outside. The alcohol works as antifreeze. Vodka would work as it is basically a 50/50 mix of alcohol and water, but the government tax stamp makes it kind of expensive. Shoot, winter-time windshield washer fluid would probably work. Wikipedia has an article on water injection.
