The Absurdity of Detecting Gravitational Waves

The Absurdity of Detecting Gravitational Waves

I thought I had done a post about this, but all I could find was this photo album of LIGO detectors.

Do you consider THIS to be a post about this? Basically all you've done is embed someone's video and said "this". You haven't actually said anything *about* this.

I haven't figured out what to say. I don't like gravity waves, they are much like neutrinos, invisible, virtually undetectable, and probably not good for anything besides PhD thesii. But this video gave a good enough explanation that I am willing to give some credence to the idea that gravity waves might actually exist.

I like the video, so I posted it. I don't post all the videos I see. Most of them are crap.
