Pick a palindromic time of day, and take a moment to reflect.
I'm doing 11 seconds of silence from 11:11 am to 11:11:11 am
Other sects have their own commemorative practices.
Some recommend avoiding mirrors.
Speaking of palindromes:
Christian Lawson-Perfect claimes he can write any positive number as a sum of three palindromes.

This is actually a pun on two theories, as yet unproven,
called Goldbach's conjecture.

Every even integer greater than 2 can be expressed as the sum of two primes.
Every odd integer greater than 7 can be written as the sum of three primes (the weak conjecture).
