Saw these two in my backyard. Western scrub jays, according to whatBird.com. They don't seem as obnoxious as regular jays, but maybe they just haven't found anyone to pick on yet. I thought these were worth noticing because they were blue, and I don't think I've ever seen a bluebird, except for blue jays, and they are not quite the same thing. I'm thinking "bluebird of happiness", the antithesis of blue jays.
