Indiana Tom sent me an article with the really stupid title of Why You Should Do Your Work First, Others’ Work Second (by Andrew Merle). I'm thinking, geez, what kind of weenie are you that you would do someone else's work for them while neglecting your own? But that's not exactly what he's talking about. What he is talking about is forging your own path on what needs doing, and not spending all your time answering idiotic emails from all your co-workers who are too lazy to look it up themselves. Well, that came out a bit harsh.

P.S. The picture is a poster published by the Political Directorate of the Moscow Military District, Moscow, 1941. Produced during the battle of Moscow, its design was inspired by the 2nd Cavalry Corps in fighting for the strategically important city of Kashira at the end of November 1941.
