Park Faster truck on Pill Hill.

Saw this truck the other night. Seems I'm not the only one who has trouble with parking in Portland. They have an app for your smart phone. I haven't tried it, but if it works it could make going to Portland a tolerable experience. Sad state of affairs, but that's the modern world for you: all kinds of crap to help you deal with all kinds of problems that didn't exist last week.
