I've got a few things I could say about this but it's late and I'm tired, so I'm just going to give you a couple of links to things that are mentioned in the video:
I suspect many of the houses in west hills above Portland are vacant. You can drive through some of these neighborhoods and never see any signs of life. Could be they are all at work, but it's still very weird.
