What do we have here? Looks like a small Russian jet airliner, but why are the engines above the wings?

Oh, it's a flying boat, that's why. This is the only jet powered model in the world. The video is kind of long, and the narration is not compelling, but there are several good shots of this airplane on the water. They also take a good long look around and inside the aircraft. Starting just after the ten minute mark they spend about five minutes looking at other aircraft used in fire fighting.
