Put this jigsaw puzzle together this afternoon and realized I had put up a post about the Canberra some time ago. That post pointed to the following video:

Canberra had a crew of 3. One sat in the almost windowless nose cone to operate the camera. But yes he did have his own ejection seat. Btw. Ceiling was 70,000 feet.
