What? Xwitter has billions of users from around the globe, why does it matter where it's physically located? The location doesn't set the policy of the corporation, but I think they do have an obligation to the users to stop outright lies that put people in danger.
He wasn't asserting that the users were the problem. The people setting the corporate policy were living in the dystopian nightmare that SF has engineered for itself and that informed all of their thought. The chief "outright lie" I see is that some corporation, or anyone other than the individual, should decide what is a lie.
