I've seen a number of pictures and a couple in person of those C-cab trucks. They all appear to be about the same size. Then a week ago I saw a picture of a C-cab with chain suspended upper and lower bunks behind the seat with two grown men in them. It surprised me as C-cabs were great for local delivery people in and out of the truck all day, but over the road long haul would be very unpleasant in a C-cab.
