The Dalai Lama is really Chuck Norris in disguise?

Or is it that Chuck Norris is really the Dalai Lama in disguise? Or maybe not in disguise? I dunno. You tell me.

The Dalai Lama leaves the White House via the back door.

Update February 2017. The link has died. The whole thing seems to be that the Dalai Lama was photographed leaving the White House during the winter. There is snow on the ground and he is not wearing a jacket, in fact his right arm is bare, as usual. This led to speculation that he must be as tough as Chuck Norris.
