I dunno if I have seen this video before, but I certainly remember seeing a guy pulling off his human mask at the end. Asked Google about this and got back this:

The iconic scene of a character pulling off a human mask to reveal a lizard-like face originates from the 1980s sci-fi miniseries and show "V" (Visitors).

Doesn't say if there were any others or not and I'm not going to dig any deeper.

If the tune sounds familiar, it's from Royals by Lorde. The guy pulling off the mask at the end is Patton Oswalt. Oswalt has been in like a zillion TV shows.
