Not everything is rotten in Minnesota. You may have heard about the ginormous Somali fraud investigation going on in Minnesota. I suspect most of the fraud is found in Minneapolis, not out in places like Prinsburg out in the western boondocks. Wikipedia has this to say about Prinsburg politics:
The last Republican candidate for president to receive less than 82% of the vote in Prinsburg was Gerald Ford in 1976.
