Sign of the times

Went to St. Vincent's Hospital this morning. From the doctor's we have to go the lab. The directions to the lab include the phrase "by the Green Elevators" and just in case you get confused on the way there, they have a sign to remind you:

We arrived a few minutes early for the appointment so we stepped outside for a minute and discovered this lovely garden, complete with an electric waterfall:

but nobody there. Typical fascist bureaucrats, building monuments to their own stupidity.
