Is There a Point to Life? Excellent explanation of Marxism and modern politics in general. Via Dustbury. I would have stolen the whole thing, but I'm not up to reformatting a dozen paragraphs this morning, so I just stole a picture from another site.

The article's mention of o'care sparked a realization that Europe seems so much healthier than the USA because of the lack of: 1) dunning pharmeceutical advertising 2) lack of monumental over-the -top medical centers 3) lack of insurance ads 4) fewer screaming ambulances...
And Europe's abundance of walking fit pedestrians.
Maybe they are sicker, but it sure doest seem like it.
