How bad is a $3,000 Cadillac Escalade?

I Bought a Cheap Cadillac Escalade at Auction and Found a GOLD MINE inside the Engine!
Samcrac

If you're lucky, persistent, mechanically savvy, physically flexible, and able to dextrously manipulate strange devices into awkward places blindly, not too bad. The worse part for me was replacing the oil pressure sensor. On the back of the engine, back by the firewall, completely invisible? No, just no. Dynamite the effing car, or pull the body off the frame, or take a chainsaw to the dashboard and cut a hole in the firewall. And just to show you that Samcrac is a better man than you or I will ever be, he pulls out out the new sensor and plugs in an analog gauge. Why not just run a scan tool? You've already in the land of demons, why not go all in?

I also wonder about pulling the cam to check the bearings. You already checked the crank and it's good, and it's certainly more important than the cam. He had to do a whole lot more work to get the cam out. Of course, it might be that he had to pull the intake manifold to change the oil pump. I mean, I wouldn't doubt it. And yes, he's planning on hot-rodding the motor, so he's going to be doing this all over again at least once. And that will probably be the end of this motor and this car.

Samcrac, Corey Chase & a VW Touareg

I Bought a $75,000 Twin Turbo V10 Super SUV for $5,000
Samcrac

This video is pretty entertaining. It does include an ad for an ECOFLOW battery system (starts at 1:20 and runs to 3:30). He makes some minor repairs that require a ridiculous amount of work, and then he reviews the repair history on this car and all of a sudden it doesn't look like much of a bargain anymore.

Someday I'm going to say something about people who understand machinery and people who make ungodly amounts of money, but that's going to have to wait because I am tired and I'm heading to bed.

Girls

Adriana Chechik - What is happening after a dp/gangbang scene
TikTokHub

"It's definitely worth it." Okay then. I've heard rumors that some women enjoy gang bangs. Never been there, never even been around it. Sex for me is like traditional Christian marriage: one man and one woman. Sex is not even a topic of conversation for me. It's something you do in private, under normal circumstances it doesn't require any conversation.

There are some porn stars who are pushing their way into the mainstream and I can understand that. While having all the sex you can stand might be great, after a bit you might want to expand your horizons. Samcrac (the car video guy), for instance, has porn star Corey Chase playing his stepmother in some of his videos.

Update August 2022 replaced missing video.

BMW Overheating Diagnosis

I don't much care for BMW's. 50 years ago the 1600 and 2002 sports sedans were pretty cool. Small, light weight, good handling. Sporty. But today's BMW's are plastic fantastic monsters. I don't know whether they are any better or worse than other cars. Some people complain loudly and longly about their propensity to break down and the complexity and high cost of repairs. That and their high price is enough to dissuade me. I do have to admit they do make some pretty cars.

I Bought this $150,000 BMW Supercar and Got 70% OFF because the DEALER COULDN'T FIX IT! (Lemon)

Anyway, yesterday I watched this video of a guy trying to track down an overheating problem on some kind of weird BMW I've never heard of and he's pretty entertaining, in geeky car guy kind of way.

The Dealer FAILED my "Unrepairable" BMW Supercar! Can I Fix it with this Simple DIY Trick???Samcrac

Today he's got a new one. He might have found the problem, but he still hasn't fixed it. I expect we may get a series.

The computerized diagnostics can give you a lot of information and they may be able to help identify some common problems, but they aren't doing much good here. The business about bleeding the cooling system is just nuts. I've heard of it before, but I still don't like it. If your car need to have the cooling system bled, you're driving the wrong car. The head gasket leak detector is a new one. I suspect there are other methods that are just as effective, like bubbles showing up in the overflow tank, but I guess it would be nice to get some confirmation before you start pulling the engine out.
