Russia: Watch these anti-ship missiles launch into the Black Sea
This is from 2004. There are a couple of interesting bits here. The first is the way they illustrate the extensive test layout. Then there are the targets. Instead of using old, derelict ships, they setup some actual targets and then they hit them, and they film it in slo-motion.
