The Big Parade downtown Sioux City Iowa July 1 2016
We had dinner at Luciano's Italian Restaurant in downtown Sioux City last night, the same night they were having The Big Parade. We got tables right by the front windows so we got to see all the activity. It was kind of a small affair as these things go. It didn't get rolling until we were seated and was all over by the time we were finished. It was a little odd: nobody mentioned the 4th of July.
