Nancy Bergeson 1952-2009

I got an email alert this morning, triggered by the Bergeson name. Seems Nancy's mother, Marian, has died. None of this rang a bell so I did a little searching.
    Nancy Bergeson was a Federal Public Defender who was murdered in Portland, Oregon back in 2009. They haven't figured out who killed her so the case is still open. I first came across this story five years ago.
    This time around I came across another story, this one by Bob Hurt, which gives us a little more background, and he has a great conspiracy theory:
