Saudis & The Bomb

The BBC has a story about how Pakistan might supply Saudi Arabia with nuclear weapons. I hadn't heard this before, but I suppose it makes a certain amount of sense. Saudi Arabia certainly has enough money, and what better way to impress your friends and enemies than by waving around a really big, nuclear powered club? Then there was this very telling comment on Military Photos dot com by Astaran:

I'd be more concerned about Sunnis and Shias nuking it out...KSA and Iran are already waging a massive proxy war in Syria and have been fighting one another via proxies over last decades.

This is the first explanation of what's going on in the Mideast that has made any sense. (KSA - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
