Russia has 22 nuclear power plants under construction around the world. This is just one of them. How many nuclear power plants are we building?

It is not near any major population centers, which is good from a safety stand point, but it means they are going to building some very long high tension lines to deliver the power this plant will produce.

Yes, Russia is the Biggie Nuke Builder after China, and you can be sure they’re not just selling construction, they’re contracting to supply and service everything and dispose of waste.
I’m sure the people buying the Russian plants are paying handsomely for them.
How many Nukes are we building? We the US? Two in Georgia at the moment. In the US Nukes lost support of the public because of cost and fear of waste disposal. France was smart, they settled on a design and duplicated it all over the country. Here, every time a plant was built there were new rules and restrictions making each unique and more expensive. Something like 200% of budget if I recall.
As for waste we have the places they tested Atomic bombs that are contaminated for the next zillion years, so put it there.
When you have Greece, Bulgaria, Georgia, Armenia, Iran, Iraq, and Syria on your borders it’s good to have them wonder if you’re safe to fondle.
I like your last line.
