This is one of my go-to tunes. The lyrics are kind of dumb, but the sound is great. Play this and play a hand of Spider Solitaire and I am calmer and might be ready to tackle my next tedious chore. Plus dancing girls.

So here is a question for you, do lifelong dancers, through their dancing, forestall the typical aging disorders? Or do they have the same joint, muscle, ligament, cardiac problems as any other elder.
It is amazing to see young people dance, but it would be more amazing to see seniors do the similar moves.
I never paid attention to dancers as a young man, now older I'm impressed with dancers agility.
