Old man owns several rental properties and some of his tenants start turning up dead, and then another tenant, a young woman disappears. At that moment a stranger appears and asks his help in locating the kidnapper. The stranger is sure that the current criminal is the same one who killed several people 30 years ago so they set out to track him down. The police are only on the scene for background noise. It's mostly just about these old guys tracking down a demented old guy. Pretty entertaining. Not quite two hours long on Netflix. In Korean with English subtitles. Wikipedia story here.
