One side effect of the rising price of gas is that more people are going to be siphoning gas from cars and trucks. One side effect of this that I did not expect is that the techniques employed by gasoline thieves are liable to set the fuel on fire and burn the vehicle, witness the mess Casey gets to clean up. All because someone wasn't willing to fork over a hunnert bucks to fill up their car.

Casey operates out of Bend, Oregon, so he's almost a neighbor.

I filled up the truck today. Price of regular gasoline was $4.759 per gallon.
