Three or four days of agonizing about what kind of car to buy was all I could take. Found this one at a dealer just a couple miles from my house. $25K, 100K miles, looks good, very clean, good enough, take my money and give me the keys.
This one has a V-6, not the inline 5, which is probably just as well. The engine has an electric cooling fan which means there is a big fat gap between the front of the engine and fan/radiator, which should make repairs possible. With the quad cab and the six foot bed it is very long. Fortunately it has a backup camera.
It has a full complement of bells and whistles. I should spend some time figuring out what they all do.

Should have gotten a Honda Ridgeline. better build quality
